HOSTILE TALK (3) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 1.5 lengths when fourth in a 5f contest at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. SAINTLY CITY (4) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish half a length back in fourth over 5f at Pinjarra. Sure to give a great sight. TARARUA (6) did well to score at Horsham two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when seventh over 5f at Pinjarra, beaten 2 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. LIGHTNING GOLD (8) got off the mark over 5½f at Kalgoorlie last start, scoring by a nose. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped.
