CHAKADO (4) finished 2 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 7½f at Caulfield Heath, an improvement on his fifth at Cranbourne the run before. Has the ability to put the recent run of form behind him. ET TU BRUTE (5) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 7½f at Caulfield Heath, beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth. Has the ability to take this out. MAXXI BON (6) returned from a break of five months and finished second over this course and distance last time out. Sure to run well again. BUNJIL (1) proved too strong two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when fourth over 1m at Kilmore, beaten 10 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
