BORDER VISAGE (1) is building up to a win, most recently finishing a long neck from the winner in second over 1m1f at Coleraine. Leading hope coming back to this trip. JAYZEAL (7) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing third and beaten only 1.75 lengths over 1m1f at Gunbower after being prominent at the corner. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ONLYGOLDWILLDO (2) was too good for a maiden field when resuming last start over 1m at Murtoa, scoring by half a length. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. FORTY TIMES (6) was sent out at 16/1 last time but ran above expectations and won over 1m at Ballarat. Cannot be ruled out based on the latest effort.
