FLY LIE (3) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Ballarat but raced below expectations last time over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside, finishing seventh and beaten 6 lengths. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is perfectly placed to score. MR TRAFFICANTI (9) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth over 7f at Ballarat. Has never missed the frame second up. Fitter so expect a better run this time. CAPE DOCTOR (1) hit the frame two starts ago at Ballarat but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 2.25 lengths over 7½f at Geelong after being in contention on the turn. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ZAKU (16) turned in another moderate effort last start when 6 lengths from the winner in seventh over 7f120yards at Sale. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
