CO CO VAN WINKLE (9) pushed forward when resuming last time and boxed on to finish a neck away in second over 6½f at Geelong. Drawn to go forward again. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. INEZ (12) showed good early pace last time and battled on gamely to finish just a long neck from the winner in second over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside. Should go forward again from a good gate. Faces an easier assignment so she is likely to play a big role. MAKE IT Set Weights EET (13) will find this a little easier than her third on debut a week-and-a-half ago, beaten 1.5 lengths at the end of 6f at Wodonga. Has plenty of upside so another top-three finish is on the cards. MONOLINK (18) finished third last time over 6½f at Geelong when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1.75 lengths. Nicely placed to run well again.
