INFLUENCING (1) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 4.5 lengths when sixth over 6½f at this track two weeks ago after being in the firing line on the bend. Worth noting Natasha Faithfull goes aboard. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. ELITEONE (5) improved sharply on his seventh two starts back at this track with success over 6f at this track two weeks ago, getting home by 1.75 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the key runners. MEAN MACHINE (9) was a narrow winner by a nose at this track in a then third at this track last time. Gets some weight relief this time. Is going well this campaign, recording a win and three minor placings from five starts. Has to be respected. JELLY CAN RUN (3) fought on for second last start over 6½f at this track, beaten 1.1 lengths to add to some fine recent form. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role.
