LORD GANNICUS (4) resumed last start over 5f at this track and showed little early speed, settling well back but hitting the line hard to finish third, beaten 0.9 lengths. Generally goes well here. Among the leading chances. OTHERONESON (3) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at this track over 6½f, beaten a long neck. That run should have him rock-hard fit now. Goes well at this distance with three wins and a placing from four starts and is sure to run well. WANGO AWARD (5) is a distance specialist who bounced back last start and got the job done by 0.6 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner over 7f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot repeat the dose. PLAYHOUSE PATRON (2) turned things around last start and scored by 0.9 lengths over 7f at this track. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role again.
