SUPER ROMANI (2) improved sharply on his 12th two starts back at this track with a win over 1m1f at Pinjarra Scarpside two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by a nose. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. COVERT ROSE (4) is a talented type yet to taste defeat after two runs this campaign, the latest over 1m1/2f at Bunbury. Can't knock current form and she will run well again. GREAT DEMON (5) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations when resuming at this track, finishing fifth and beaten 5 lengths over 7f. Brad Parnham gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Hard to beat in this suitable race. FILTHY HABITS (6) jumped from wide out last time out when easily accounted for in sixth over this track and trip. Has a wide gate again. Has the early speed to cross from out wide. Should give backers a sight.
