GODDESS OF GIVING (6) settled towards the tail then wound up strongly to finish 1.5 lengths away in third when resuming last start over 5½f at Ascot. Goes well at this journey with two wins from six starts and shapes as a key contender. THOMAS MAGNUM (4) ran a strong second over 5f at Ascot two runs back then was below his best last time over 6f when tenth, beaten 3 lengths. Coming back in trip suits so is expected to be in the finish. BARNEY'S WORLD (7) started at 6/4 last time on the back of a win at Ascot two starts ago but was below his best, finishing seventh over 5f at Ascot. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. CAPRICORN MAN (8) is back at the races for the first time since December 23. Scored over 5½f at Ascot at the start of last prep. Sure to make his presence felt.
