FAMOUS PEDRILLE (2) finished third at Randwick Kensington two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 6¼f at Canterbury, finishing 6 lengths back in sixth. Has the class to produce a better result. POLE POSITION (8) was well supported when resuming last start but missed the placings in fifth over 5½f at Ipswich. Comes down a level this time. Leading contender. Group 2 placegetter MICRO (3) was always well out of his ground when 7 lengths from the winner in eighth over 6f at Toowoomba last start, a less impressive effort than his seventh at Ipswich the run before. Finds a tougher race but he has the talent to test this line-up. SALT LAKE BETTY (12) improved last start to finish third over 6f at Doomben. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
