CRYMENOTEARS (7) ran fourth at her latest appearance over 5¼f at Gold Coast Poly, clocking in 3.5 lengths from the winner. Nicely placed and expected to go well. BRAVE WARRIOR (2) booted up from the inside draw to lead and was there on straightening but weakened out if late when beaten 4.5 lengths into sixth over 6f at Toowoomba. Will push forward and is among the chances. I AM A MARVEL (6) returned from a lay-off a week-and-a-half ago when he was beaten 3.5 lengths into eighth over 5f at Sunshine Coast. Strips fitter and can play a big role.
