EL ASTEROID (4) was thereabouts two starts ago before a disappointing ninth most recently over 1m1/2f at Ipswich. Goes well at this trip, recording three minor placings and shapes as a key contender. BETTER YET (1) was below her best last time when 12th over 1m at Grafton, beaten 17 lengths. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. DESHORENTE (8) did little and finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in ninth over 1m4 1/2f at Ipswich last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Toowoomba the run before. Tackling a more suitable race this time so she is set to turn things around. GINASUE (11) improved last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m at Nanango. Capable of featuring prominently.
