COMPELLING TRUTH (1) bounced back last start and got the job done by 1.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend as public elect over 6f at Doomben. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to cope. Group 3 placegetter SHARP SHOCK (6) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when he was beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth over 6f at Randwick. Strips fitter and can take care of this field. ACHESON (12) finished 3.6 lengths away from the winner last time at Moruya and drops in the weights. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Should be involved in the finish. LOVE SHUCK (4) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by a nose over 6f at Wagga. Finds a suitable race and can feature prominently.
