BELDIVIAN (1) comes here off a break of 12 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 5½f at Colac. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. EPSOM MAGIC (5) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when tenth, beaten 8 lengths, over 6f at Kyneton. The engagement of Dylan Dean is a positive move. Has the class to take this out. HERE'S TO JANE (8) scored two runs back then was well supported last time but could only manage to finish sixth over 5f at Woolamai. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. KAHUNGUNU (6) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 6½f at Alexandra, beaten 5 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
