QUEEN BEIRA (10) wound up strongly only to just miss when fresh from a lay-off last start over 7f at this track. Should tighten right up following that outing. Going well and has strong prospects. MONT SAINT MICHEL (4) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 1.1 lengths back in fourth over 7f at this track. Sure to give a great sight. RAYMOND'S REWARD (6) hit the frame two starts ago at Hamilton but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 1m at Swan Hill. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. LIFE SENTENCE (7) showed early speed from an outside draw last start and raced on the pace before boxing on well to finish third, beaten 0.8 lengths, over 7f at this track. Ready to go a couple better.
