Missed the frame at his only try at this trip. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will play a major role. LE MESSAGER (3) built on a nice second two starts back at this track with a win over 7f at this track two weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Billy Egan scored on him last time and retains the ride. Looks well placed so expect another big run. MAGNOLIA LODGE (4) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when seventh over 1m at Mornington, beaten 6 lengths. One of the main hopes.
