THE BULL MCCABE (1) showed good speed last time out and fought on well when second over 5½f at Strathalbyn. Will be close to the pace despite the draw. Should run well again. TUPOLEU (2) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 6 lengths away in 12th over 6f at Morphettville. Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. SHIKANIC (4) is backing up quickly after finishing in the money at Port Augusta over 5½f just 10 days ago. Has a wide gate to overcome but must go in the numbers. STAR DECORUM (9) finished a 10 length seventh on turf at Gawler in a then followed up with a minor placing on dirt at Port Augusta over 5½f a week-and-a-half ago. Looks set for another bold showing back on turf.
