Has the talent to figure prominently. BEEHUNTER (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 19 lengths when ninth over 1m1 3/4f at Yarra Valley a week ago. Finds a nice race and can get the job done. Multiple Group 1 placegetter ABERFELDIE BOY (2) comes here off a break of six months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 1m1/2f at Flemington. Among the better hopes. Group 1 placegetter JAPANESE EMPEROR (8) was beaten 6 lengths into fourth in a 1m contest at Flemington at his latest appearance. Has his share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
