Last start finished second, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 7½f at this track. Has a win and nine minor placings at this trip from 14 starts so he is expected to be in the finish. LT NORM (5) fought on well for third last start over 6f at this track, making it three minor placings in a row. Has a good association with Sven Balroop with a run of three top-three results. One of the main contenders. MCEWEN (4) is a talented gelding who was tested in tougher class last time when seventh over 1m2f at Group 3 level at Century Mile. Yet to miss the placings at this circuit, including two wins. Deserves respect.
