HALFINTHEWRAPPER (2) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when fourth and beaten 2.5 lengths over 5½f at this track. Neville Stephenson who has scored on her three times retains the mount. Sure to run well. MACLEAN'S BELLA (5) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end but missed the frame most recently when seventh over 5½f at this track. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Expecting a bold showing. SPARKLING SILVER (4) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Not as effective last time out when fifth over 7f at this track, beaten 7 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. MAIBELLA (3) produced another moderate effort last start when 17 lengths from the winner in sixth over 7½f at this track. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
