SHOOTING SPIRIT (1) was far from disgraced when fifth last start over 5f at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths after he worked home in good style. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Has the class to take this out. UNIVERSAL HOTNESS (5) finished third over 6f at Bunbury at his most recent appearance on December 8. Rates highly and should take some beating. SIMPLY THINKIN' (4) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is good enough to make a big impact. BONDI PLUNGE (2) returns from a layoff of four months. Scored over 6f at Belmont Park at the start of last prep. One to consider.
