OUR MATE ARCHIE (4) had been racing consistently, finishing in the money two races on end, until finishing fifth as favourite last time out over 6f at this track. Change of rider to Jarrad Noske who has never been out of the money in three rides, including a win. Likely to feature. SIBERIAN SIREN (2) finished one length away in fourth last time out over 6f at this track after being in contention on the bend three weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Should park just off the speed despite the draw. Will prove tough to beat. COUNT THE SESSIONS (1) last appeared when he finished 13th over 7½f at this track on December 14. Has to be respected. GOLDEN KATHLEEN (9) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 4 lengths away in eighth over 7½f at this track. Well placed to turn things around.
