MACK MACK (1) resumed over 7f at this track last start where he drifted back early and didn’t threaten, finishing 15th. Has a fair record when second up, including three top-three finishes. Among the winning hopes. SHAKA ZULU (2) has recently been thereabouts without winning, the latest effort a fifth over 7f at Geraldton. Will find this tougher but is one of the contenders. PLAY WITH DESIRE (3) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth over 7½f at this track. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.
