RINNERO (7) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at this track over 5½f, beaten 1.4 lengths. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and three minor placings from eight outings. Should prove tough to beat. SKATES ON (4) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4.5 lengths when tenth in a 6¼f contest at Taree eight days ago. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can find the winners' list. WAYDIE (5) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.2 lengths at this track and distance last time out to continue his outstanding recent form. Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. ADVISER (2) was beaten 2.5 lengths into fifth over 5½f at this track three weeks ago. Shannen Llewellyn gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Better than recent efforts suggest.
