Meeting a deeper field this time but he deserves another chance. NATURE BOY (1) started at 11/4 last time and ran below expectations, finishing sixth and beaten 9 lengths at Tamworth over 1m2 1/2f. Has the talent to figure prominently. MY GEM (8) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a sixth over 1m3f at Scone. Finds a more suitable contest and can make amends. AVOID THE MISSTRES (3) turned in a eye-catching run last start over 1m at Toowoomba, winding up hard from well back on straightening to finish a close second. Solid top-three prospects.
