AFRICAN PIONEER (3) is fitter for two runs from a lay-off, last start finishing 2 lengths away in second over 7f141yards at Geelong. Big chance to break through. SCHEYVILLE (6) is yet to break through after three career starts. Managed to fill a minor placing at this track two starts back before finishing fifth over 1m1 1/4f at Avoca last start. Likely to play a major role. DIVA TIME (7) is a nine-start maiden who finished fourth after being prominent at the corner at her most recent appearance over 7½f at Mornington. Finds the right race and is worth consideration. WOKOU (10) produced a better run last start, beaten one length into fourth over 1m at Bairnsdale. Well placed to bounce back.
