GIANT'S FIRE (2) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 14 starts. Did a good job last start to finish second over 6½f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. In the right race and there is no reason he cannot get the major prize. INDEPENDENT PAUL (5) is back after a break of three months. Looking to emulate his win at this track when returning from a lay-off last prep. Expect him to play a major role. ROCK STAR BOY (6) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 1.3 lengths away in fourth over 1m at this track (Dirt) on May 2 which was the only run of that prep. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. One of the main contenders. MUAZARAH (4) finished eighth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 6f at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths. This looks a good race for him so another forward showing looks likely.
