HANDS OF TIME (4) is closing in on a win after two consecutive minor placings, the latest when third over 1m at this track (Dirt). Joel Rosario has registered two minor placings when on board. Should be in the finish. CYCLONE STATE (13) was prominent at the bend and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Looks well placed so expect another big run. HARD CIRCLE (11) has started twice, running a good third on debut then finishing seventh, beaten 16 lengths, last time over 1m at Listed level at Laurel (Dirt). Leading player based on that debut performance. CAPRICIOUS OUTCOME (7) didn't do a lot on debut eight weeks ago, finishing 13 lengths from the winner in fourth over 7f at Saratoga (Dirt). Open to plenty of improvement. Expected to do more.
