A MAIZE ZING DOTIE (5) took up the running last time and turned in front but faded to finish fourth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over this journey at Saratoga (Dirt). Has a strong record at this journey with three wins and a placing from six starts and is expected to be in the finish. FABULOUS FOX (4) finished 1.75 lengths from the winner in fifth on turf at Saratoga two starts back. Missed the frame in another run on turf last time at Saratoga over 5½f when 6 lengths adrift in sixth. Strong contender back on the dirt. FIRST CLASS CAT (2) closed last prep nine weeks ago when she finished fourth over 6f at Saratoga. Has solid form at this course with three wins and two minor placings from eight starts. Definite chance.
