BADLANDS RULER (1) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing seventh over 7f at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Open to improvement and is among the chances. MIDNIGHT EXPRESS (3) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when fifth, beaten 15 lengths, over 1m at this track (Dirt). Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. SOLO IN PARIS (4) was beaten 8 lengths into fourth over 6½f at this track last time out. No surprise to see him in the mix.
