SHADOW DRAGON (5) Placed in a Group 3. Went forward when resuming last start over 1m at this track (Dirt) and held on well for third, beaten 5.5 lengths. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. DR KRAFT (6) was comfortably accounted for when second last time out over 1m at this track, beaten 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Has started four times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. CUT THE CORD (1) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m at this track, beaten 9 lengths. Strips fitter and can turn things around.
