UNSOLVED MYSTERY (13) is a five-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Linda Rice barn. Hasn't raced since finishing eighth at Churchill Downs (Dirt) seven months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Can kick off with a win. QUIESCENT (2) was in the money on the dirt at this track two runs ago then backed it up with a win, also on dirt, at this track over 6f three-and-a-half weeks ago. Has never been out of the money in four starts here at this trip, including a win. Expected to be in the finish. LINARITE (10) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign when she did her best work late and finished 2.75 lengths from the winner in third over 6f at this track. Finds a suitable assignment and can take the next step and salute. FIRST CLASS CAT (6) was safely held when fourth last time out over 6½f at this track, beaten 14 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. Well placed and can make amends.
