DELAGO LAD (5) was resuming from a lay-off of two months last start when a solid second over this course and distance. Has a solid record here at the distance with two wins and four placings from nine tries. Expected to go very well. STARTON (1) is a talented type yet to taste defeat after two runs this campaign, the latest over 5½f at this track. Paul Denton stays aboard and the combination can score again. ORNAMENTAL LADY (3) finished seventh two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5½f at this track, beaten only a head after being in contention on the bend. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. RISING FIRE (2) is coming along nicely this prep, scoring by one length last start over 7f at this track. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
