FAMILY TIES (2) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing eighth and beaten 6 lengths starting at 11/10. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. QUANAPIRRI BAY (3) finished ninth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5f at this track, beaten 2 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. BOSS SHELBY (6) has not won for a long while. Last raced on June 30 when beaten 10 lengths into ninth at this track over 5½f. Placed to advantage so expect a bold run.
