ESASHI (7) resumes. After filling a minor placing at her last appearance at this track over 6f on january 6. Hasn't scored when fresh from a break but generally races well with two minor placings. Has ability and should be right in the finish. WOK STAR (3) finished off last campaign with a ninth over 6f at Warrnambool on September 4 and has since switched stables. Goes well when resuming from a lay-off, including two minor placings from three starts. Expected to be in the finish. MUTANY (5) produced a reasonable effort when fifth last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 2 lengths. That followed a win at Darwin the start prior. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. MISS MIDUKI (6) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5½f at this track, beaten a long neck. Placed to advantage so expect a big run.
