FIFTY FIVE MUSTANG (1) knuckled down strongly to get within 0.9 lengths of the winner in third last start over 6½f at Canberra. Should be winding up late again. Set Weights INGING HIGH (6) raced in the leading division and kept going to score by 2.5 lengths last time out over 7½f at this track. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the speed. In a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. HOOKHAM (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1f at Gundagai, beaten 4.5 lengths into eighth after being in the firing line on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. BATTLE FLEET (2) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at Canberra, beaten 2.5 lengths. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
