ALMOST ARTIE (5) is a three-start maiden who returned last time and finished seventh at Ascot over 5½f, beaten 5.5 lengths. Will take a lot from that hit-out and looks a strong chance to break through. WENZDY ADAMS (6) stepped out for her debut over 6f at Bunbury back on January 26 2024 and finished 16th, beaten 13 lengths. Blinkers added one of the better hopes. GINGERBREAD GIRL (10) was well in the market when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7f at Bunbury but was safely held in ninth, beaten 7 lengths. Should be prominent from the outset.
