ELSA'S PRIDE (7) showed early speed from a good draw last time and battled on to finish tenth, beaten 7 lengths, over 6f at Bunbury. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. SPEEDY NOVA (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Bunbury, beaten 6 lengths into fourth after being prominent at the bend. Finds the right race this time and can take this out. UNDERCOVER SNIPER (2) returns from a layoff of five months. Scored over 5f at Pinjarra to launch the last campaign. Worth plenty of thought.
