THE SPRUIKER (2) settled well back last start and never threatened when 4.5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1m at Ascot. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. ROCK OF KAHA (6) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fifth over 7f at Esperance. Should be doing best work late. LET'SDEAL (1) finished second at Bunbury two runs back but was less effective last time over 1m2f at Esperance, finishing 3.5 lengths back in seventh. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. PRIZE PURSUIT (3) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 2 lengths back in fourth over 6f43yards at this track. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
