Thursday ITV Racing Tips: Best free bets for the Grand National Festival at Aintree on April 3

Day one of Aintree's Grand National Festival, but before Saturday's big race we have plenty of superb action to feast upon. Can the Planet Sport tipsters find you some winners on Thursday, April 3.
ITV is showing six of the seven races from Aintree this Thursday afternoon including four Grade 1 races - the opening Manifesto Novices' Chase (1345), the Juvenile Hurdle (1420), the Aintree Bowl (1455) and the Aintree Hurdle (1530).
Plus the Foxhunters's Chase (1605) and the Grade 3 Red Rum Handicap Chase (1640) , it's certainly a day stacked with top-quality action.

The Cheltenham Festival winner Jango Baie came with a powerful late run to score by in the 2m G1 Arkle Challenge Trophy Novices Chase last month, and will be a leading player in the Manifesto Novices' Chase.
Impaire Et Passe won the Aintree Hurdle at this Festival last year. Only third behind Croke Park at the top level at Leopardstown two months ago and rates highly, while the latter brings an exciting novice chase profile including a narrow G1 victory at Leopardstown over Christmas.
Gidleigh Park scored by four lenghts contesting the Lighting Novices Chase at Windsor and is an interesting option.
14:20 (Aintree) Live Conti
Live Conti arrives unbeaten with a France debut success preceding a 3L victory in a 2m juvenile hurdle at Wetherby two months back. Represents team Skelton and should be respect up in grade in the Boodles Anniversary 4-Y-O Juvenile Hurdle.
Puturhandstogether showed best form three weeks ago winning by 6L the 2m Fred Winter Juvenile Handicap Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and has a big chance.
Naturally Nimble was not disgraced among G2 company when fourth at Leopardstown during December.
Mambonumberfive won the Adonis Juvenile Hurdle at Kempton and rates next best.
14:55 (Aintree) Grey Dawning
Former Cheltenham Festival winner Grey Dawning has been targeting this race following a 2.5L success in the Listed Premier Chase at Kelso and has a strong chance in the Aintree Bowl.
Spillane's Tower produced a strong second attempting the John Durkan Memorial Chase at Punchestown before a Kempton fifth in the King George VI Chase, is next best here.
Ahoy Senior enjoys the venue and was a close second in this event last year, while Gaelic Warrior and Stage Star can't be ignored.
15:30 (Aintree) Constitution Hill
Constitution Hill won the Aintree Hurdle in 2023, and beat Lossiemouth by two and a half lengths in the Christmas Hurdle at Kempton before another success at Cheltenham during January.
But Nicky Henderson's eight-year-old took a shock fall in the Champion Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, however he's still a superstar he is and can make amends here.
Lossiemouth won on the same day last month at Cheltenham taking the Mares Hurdle by an easy seven and a half lengths. She'll provide the main danger.
Wodhooh managed to win her last six starts including the Martin Pipe Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham last month and has place claims, along with Salver.
16:05 (Aintree) Famous Clermont
Famous Clermont ticks plenty of boxes having won the the Foxhunters' Open Hunters' Chase two years ago by four and three quarter lengths. Holds ability providing winning National course form and will be a leading contender.
Willitgoahead rates highly maintaining a consistent record including a smart third tackling the 3m2 1/2f Festival Hunters Chase at Cheltenham three weeks ago. Big chance.
My Drogo is a smart performer securing a leading jockey in this discipline, while Bennys King showed plenty of ability in this race last year finishing runner-up. Both hold claims.
16:40 (Aintree) My Mate Mozzie
My Mate Mozzie showed plenty of ability when a smart fourth in the Grand Annual Handicap Chase at the Cheltenham Festival and is a serious player for glory in the Red Rum Handicap Chase.
Primoz finished downfield that day. Handicap mark looks more manageable and is worth including.
Winner of this race last year Sans Bruit took a step forward in the right direction when fourth over 2m at Chepstow six weeks back. Good handicap mark and holds claims.
Hunters Yarn represents Willie Mullins and is worth a market check.
