Tottenham vs Fulham tips and predictions: Derby delight for ‘Big Ange’ as Spurs chase cup revenge
Planet Sport Bet ambassador Robbie Savage is backing Tottenham to continue their impressive start to the season with a big London derby win.
Fulham beat them in the Carabao Cup earlier in the season, but obviously Spurs didn’t play their strongest team.
I think against Fulham in the Premier League, Spurs have won seven of their last eight.
Spurs fans are happy with the style of football. Big Ange is doing an unbelievable job. I think Spurs will win the game 2-0 and I’m loving Big Ange as well...
Robbie’s Tip: Tottenham 2-0 Fulham

Tottenham’s injury list currently includes Ivan Perisic, Manor Solomon, Ryan Sessegnon and Rodrigo Bentancur. Yves Bissouma is suspended and won’t feature either.
Brennan Johnson and Cristian Romero are nearing a return from injury, though it remains to be seen whether they will feature on Monday night.
Fulham will be without Tosin Adarabioyo for the derby clash. Adama Traore, Kenny Tete and Issa Diop are also doubts.
Key stats
- Tottenham are unbeaten in the Premier League this season
- Spurs have won seven of their last eight PL games against Fulham
- Fulham beat Spurs earlier this season in the Carabao Cup on penalties
- Fulham have won just one PL game against Tottenham in 17 attempts
Other bets suggested by Planet Sport
Tottenham went into the international break as league leaders meaning for the last two weeks fans have been able to revel at the sight of their team at the top of the Premier League standings.
Maintaining their position at the top appears relatively straight forward as Spurs prepare to host an inconsistent Fulham side.
The Cottagers are struggling to find rhythm this season, backing up each victory with a slip-up. Marco Silva’s men are yet to win back-to-back games, whether that’s in the Premier League or across all competitions.
Perhaps the one slight positive for Fulham is the fact they’re the only team to have picked up a win over Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham.
Silva’s men dumped Spurs out of the Carabao Cup last August with a win on penalties. It’s difficult to say how seriously Tottenham took that fixture, though a win is a win, nonetheless.
In spite of that sole slip-up, we’re backing Spurs to turn on the style at home and end Monday night as Premier League leaders.
Tottenham have lost just one of 17 Premier League games with Fulham and we don’t expect their fortunes to change.
Spurs to win to nil is the way to go in the betting.
