Netherlands vs Greece betting preview

The Netherlands have played two games, losing one, while Greece are second in the group with two wins and one defeat. In addition, the Greeks have a better goal difference than their opponents on Thursday.

The Dutch have been struggling lately, losing four of their last five games, including a penalty shootout defeat to Argentina in the World Cup.

After that, the European qualifiers began, and they suffered a heavy 0-4 loss against France, followed by their only win this year, a 3-0 victory over Gibraltar.

They also competed in the Nations League Final Four in June, but they were defeated in both of their matches.

They were first eliminated in the semi-finals by Croatia, 4-2 in extra time after they took the lead, and then lost the third-place play-off to Italy, 2-3.

A loss to Greece would be a major setback for Ronald Koeman's team, as Greece, the second-placed team, is the Netherlands' main rival in their quest to qualify for the European Championship.

If Greece wins against the Clockwork Orange, they would become the favourites to finish second in the group. This would not be a surprise given their recent form.

They kicked off their European Championship qualifying campaign with a comfortable 3-0 away victory over Gibraltar.

After that, Greece won a difficult 2-1 home game against Ireland. Their only defeat so far came against the group favourites France. However, unlike the Netherlands, who lost 4-0, Greece lost 1-0 to a penalty goal

The Netherlands' most recent home victory was a 3-0 triumph over Gibraltar, in which Nathan Ake scored two goals. Their previous home victory, if we go back even further, was a 1-0 win over Belgium in the Nations League at the end of September.
