AC Milan play host to Atalanta in a Coppa Italia semi-final on Wednesday evening (2000 GMT).
There’s a spot in the Coppa Italia semi-finals on the line when high-flying AC Milan welcome Atalanta to the Giuseppe Meazza on Wednesday.
Stefano Pioli’s side are having a strong season, having amassed 39 points from 19 matches in Serie A while competing on all fronts.
Luka Jovic has spearheaded the Rossoneri’s all-out assault on all-comers with five goals during a seven-game period in which they’ve scored 20 times.
Gian Piero Gasperini is in his eighth year in charge of Atalanta and while they’re never easy to beat, their domestic away form leaves a lot to be desired.
They have won three games against Sassuolo, Verona, and Empoli. These three teams are having disappointing seasons and sit in the bottom third of the table.

Despite their struggles, few sides have missed more bigger chances in Serie A, so they are at least creating.
On the other hand, they find ways to concede beyond their xGA and few sides are as clinical as Milan, so goals should be expected in this fixture.
Atalanta have found the net in 11 of 13 on their travels while Milan have found the net in each of the last six meetings across all competitions.
