Win and both teams to score free accumulator tips

Liverpool's Mohamed Salah

Using the win and both teams to score market is an easy way to boost your odds and bag some big paydays, which is our aim with this weekend's acca as the Premier League returns.

The Premier League returns this weekend, giving us 10 more matches to work with as we chase a money-spinning win.

Last weekend's treble fell short, but we did correctly identify Oxford United upsetting Norwich City and Middlesbrough beating Swansea.

This weekend's accumulator includes one selection from the Prem, Championship, League One and League Two, and pays out at 107/1!

Win and both teams to score acca

Liverpool to win vs Ipswich Town

Burnley to win vs Cardiff City

Mansfield Town to win vs Burton Albion

Port Vale to win vs Tranmere Rovers

Ipswich Town vs Liverpool (Saturday 12.30pm, BST)

Our first fixture features in a handful of this weekend's tips but it feels like an obvious starting point. Liverpool tend to run up the score against newly-promoted teams, and Ipswich don't have the most resolute defence.

Only Norwich conceded more than Town on their way to promotion from the Championship in the past decade, and we all know how their East Anglian rivals typically fare.

Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, Mohamed Salah, Cody Gakpo and Luis Diaz are just a smidge better than any attacking group that Kieran McKenna's side faced in the Championship.

Burnley vs Cardiff City (Saturday 3pm, BST)

Whilst Burnley announced their return to the Championship in style last Friday, Cardiff City slumped to a meek 2-0 defeat at the hands of Sunderland.

The Bluebirds will be keen to bounce back at Turf Moor and it may help that the pressure is off. The Welsh side beat Bristol Rovers 2-0 midweek and they won't be expected to win this fixture.

Burnley conceded 0.76 per game as Vincent Kompany guided them to promotion in 2022/23, but Scott Parker still has plenty of work to do, and leaking goals became a hard habit to break last season.

Mansfield Town vs Burton Albion (Saturday 3pm, BST)

Mansfield sprung a surprise by beating Barnsley 2-1 on the road to announce their arrival in League One. The following day, Burton threw away a home lead to lose 3-2 to Lincoln City.

They followed that up with a disastrous showing against Blackpool, losing 4-0 and showing that old habits die hard.

Albion were desperately poor in the second half of last season and have undergone a drastic remodel, so it will take time to click.

On the other hand, their opponents will be feeling good about themselves. This looks like a golden opportunity to build on their strong start. Sixteen of last season's wins involved both teams scoring as the Stags sacrificed defence for attack.

Port Vale vs Tranmere Rovers (Saturday 3pm, BST)

Last but not least, we venture into League Two. Tranmere and Notts County embarrassed up last weekend, drawing 0-0 after we built them up.

This week, the former can make it up to us by being battered by Port Vale. The Valiants dropped down from League One and immediately impressed with a 2-0 win against promotion-favourites Salford City.

Rovers found their previously misplaced shooting boots in midweek as they beat Accrington Stanley 3-0, but they only produce such results at home. Last season, they conceded two or more in 14 away matches, losing all but three.

What is win and both teams to score?

The win and both teams to score market involve betting on either the home team or away team to win the match whilst both teams score.

This market is different to over 2.5 goals and both teams to score, so the team you specifically bet on must win the game.

That means as a minimum, the team you've backed must win the game by a margin of 2-1 or greater.

Across the last three Premier League seasons, there have been an average of 2.90, 2.46 and 2.44 goals per game.

Goalscoring is on the rise and the opening-day tally often beats the season average, producing 38, 28 and 34.

In total, 36% of the 380 matches played resulted in either side winning and both teams scoring, making the win and BTTS market an appealing bet.

The same number, 36%, was true of Championship matches last season, whilst it occurred in 34% of League One matches and 42% of League Two contests.
