WATCH: Erling Haaland comes back to haunt Bayern Munich with debut goal for Manchester City
Erling Haaland made his long-awaited debut for Manchester City, and it only took 12 minutes for the Norway international to get on the scoresheet.
Since confirming his move to the Etihad last May, Manchester City fans have been itching to see their new star man in action.
This weekend, the striker finally made his debut for the Sky Blues, and he certainly lived up to the hype, scoring his first goal in the opening quarter-of-an-hour.
Haaland moved to the Premier League champions from Borussia Dortmund for over £50million.
During his time in Germany, the player scored 86 goals in 89 games across all competitions.
Five of those goals came in seven games against Bayern Munich, as the 22-year-old regularly found the back of the net against the Bavarians.

On this occasion, the player was scoring for Manchester City at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, during the club's pre-season preparations.
Haaland was one of three additions to Pep Guardiola's squad this summer, with goalkeeper Stefan Ortega and midfielder Kalvin Phillips following in his footsteps.
City have also seen a number of players depart, including Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus and most recently, Oleksandr Zinchenko.
