    Premier League 2022/23 fixtures: Man City start title defence at West Ham, Liverpool away to Fulham

    The 2022/23 Premier League fixtures have now been announced, so Planet Sport run through the opening day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and final day fixtures for each club.

    The 2022/23 season is now in full flow, with the announcement of the Premier League fixtures giving us plenty to look forward to.

    The opening day has avoided major derbies or rivalries, but Manchester City face a difficult season opener, while Arsenal and Liverpool have been given favourable starts.

    Elsewhere, Erik ten Hag's Manchester United reign starts with a visit from Brighton, while Everton boss Frank Lampard will host his former side Chelsea at Goodison Park.

    Boxing Day fixtures

    Boxing Day is always a special day on the Premier League calendar, and it'll hold even more importance this season as the first gameweek back from the World Cup break.
    There's also a handful of blockbuster fixtures on show, including a London derby between Arsenal and West Ham.

    Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa will host his former side Liverpool at Villa Park, while Leeds United host Man City and Manchester United face newly-promoted Nottingham Forest.

    Liverpool and Manchester City will both end the year at home, with the former facing a trip from Brendan Rodgers' Leicester City, while City host Everton at the Etihad.
    Chelsea and Man Utd are both scheduled for trips to the Midlands, with the Blues facing Nottingham Forest in their final 2022 fixture, while the Red Devils face Wolves.

    Final day fixtures

    Last season's Premier League had plenty up for grabs in the final day, including the title, top four and the final relegation spot.
    It will likely go down to the wire again this season, but who will your team face?
    Current champions Man City will travel to Brentford, while Liverpool are also on the road to Southampton.
    Tottenham travel to Leeds, who survived on the final day last season, while Manchester United and Arsenal will end the season at home. The Red Devils face Fulham while the Gunners are set to go head-to-head with Wolves.

    Everton will hope to avoid being dragged into another relegation scrap - they'll finish 2022/23 at home to Bournemouth.
