MLS betting tips: Three likely winners in Saturday’s accumulator

Carlos Vela celebrates scoring for LAFC in MLS

We’ve identified the three most likely winners from Saturday’s round of MLS fixtures.

We've picked out the three teams most likely to record a victory in MLS this weekend and grouped them in an accumulator.

Suggested bet

New England, LAFC and Philadelphia to win

New England Revolution vs Toronto FC verdict

The New England Revolution have not lost in their first nine home matches in Major League Soccer this season, tying the club record for the longest unbeaten streak at home.
Toronto FC has had a rough time on the road since the start of 2021. In their last 43 MLS away games, they have only won 4 times. They simply do not travel well.
Carles Gil and Gustavo Bou have been in excellent form for the Revs and they will be looking to continue their scoring streak against Toronto FC.
The Revs are the better team on paper and we're projecting there's an 85% chance they find the net at least twice. Toronto can't live with that.

Los Angeles FC vs Vancouver Whitecaps verdict

After a club-record six-game winless streak, LAFC have turned things around with back-to-back wins over Sporting KC and Seattle Sounders.
This weekend, they will host a Vancouver side that has been scoring freely at home but is winless in 15 road games dating back to last season.
Earlier this year, LA recorded back-to-back 3-0 wins over their opponents, eliminating them from the CONCACAF Champions League.
Our projections make them a clear favourite but the recent iffy form leaves them a little bit overpriced in the market. We'll happily take advantage.

Philadelphia Union vs Inter Miami verdict

Last but not least - unless you're Inter Miami and we're talking about the standings - we're going to beat on Philadelphia Union to breeze past the visitors.
It's easy to bet against the team that's lost 12 of 17 but they've looked shambolic on their travels and the record is thoroughly deserved.
They're missing two of their most creative players for this match and in addition, key players have been called away to Gold Cup duty.
Philadelphia are in fine form at home and are starting to look like the title contenders they are. They've scored at least three goals in three of their previous five home matches.
