Leeds transfer news: Cody Drameh to Burnley, Wilfried Gnonto heading to Italy and more

Wilfried Gnonto

Planet Sport's Harry Whitfield takes a look at the transfer news revolving around Leeds United, who are set for a busy summer of comings and goings following their relegation from the Premier League.

Leeds United starlet Wilfried Gnonto and youngster Cody Drameh have been linked with moves away from the club this summer.
Italian outlet Calciomercato has reported that both AC Milan and Fiorentina are interested in bringing Italian wonderkid Gnonto to Serie A.
However, both sides are not willing to pay the rumoured £17million price tag and would rather negotiate a smaller fee or a loan deal.
Elsewhere, journalist Sacha Tavolieri revealed on Thursday that Burnley are interested in Drameh and have made an offer that was rejected by the club.
Tavolieri tweeted that: "A first offer has been refused by #LeedsUnited who's waiting for an improved offer from the newly promoted. Discussions continue to find an agreement."
The young right-back's contract expires next summer and is rumoured to be interested in a move to Vincent Kompany's Burnley.
Both Gnonto and Drameh are of huge importance to the club therefore they will not be allowed to leave the club unless the right offer comes around.
The club's relegation to the Championship will make it hard for Leeds to hold onto most of their top players.
But they will likely wait for the new manager to assess the playing squad before deciding on any summer sales.
Since the appointment of Nick Hammond, the club's new interim football advisor, on Thursday, The Athletic's Phil Hay has already revealed Leeds are offloading forward Tyler Roberts to fellow Championship club Birmingham City.
The Welshman failed to impress during his time at Leeds, managing only nine goals over 100 appearances.
Other fringe players such as Helder Costa and Ian Poveda could be next out of the door.
