Free EFL acca tips: Goals galore in Blackpool, Barnsley momentum, Wrexham test and more...

Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson

With the international break taking centre stage, it’s time to shine some light on EFL action from League One and Two.

In this edition of our EFL acca, we go across the country as we put together a tasty five-fold accumulator.

There are some intriguing games including Barnsley’s trip to Cambridge, Stockport’s clash with Wrexham and a fascinating League Two battle between leaders Port Vale and bottom club Morecambe.

Here, we take a closer look at Saturday’s action as we run you through our five-fold accumulator.

Good luck and please gamble responsibly.

(all odds are subject to change after the article's latest update)

Saturday's EFL acca

Blackpool vs Northampton – over 3.5 goals – 9/5

Bristol Rovers to beat Crawley – 17/20

Barnsley to win away at Cambridge – 3/4

Stockport vs Wrexham – both teams to score – 3/4

Port Vale -1 handicap at Morecambe – 21/10

Blackpool vs Northampton

Both these clubs are meandering in the bottom half of the League One table so don’t expect a thriller.

One thing you can expect is goals. There’s been 18 across Blackpool’s last five league matches.

Northampton have also seen 18 across their five games in all comps. Looking at those numbers, over 3.5 goals is the only way to go.

Bristol Rovers vs Crawley

Crawley are in dire straits. Two wins from 17 games is not the kind of form we can get behind.

Bristol Rovers aren’t exactly flying themselves, but they’ve won three of their last five at home across all comps and have suffered just the one defeat.

We’re sticking with the hosts.

Cambridge United vs Barnsley

Cambridge United recently shook off their woeful start to the season and picked up three straight League One victories.

But in typical Cambridge fashion, they backed it up with a 6-1 thumping at the hands of Peterborough.

Barnsley are competing towards the top of the table and come into this game on the back of solid results – including a 2-0 win over Rotherham last time out.

With that in mind, we’re backing Barnsley to take all three points back t’ Yorkshire.

Stockport vs Wrexham

Wrexham will be looking to secure their fourth win in five games against Stockport when they meet on Saturday.

The Welsh side are unbeaten in five straight League One games while Stockport have lost two of their last three games at home.

This will be a close one which is why we’re avoiding the results and backing both teams to score instead.

Morecambe vs Port Vale

Our final leg of Saturday’s EFL acca comes from League Two as leaders Port Vale travel to bottom side Morecambe.

On paper, there shouldn’t be too much discussion regarding the outcome. Then again, Morecambe have won three of the last five meetings.

The last four encounters between these clubs finished with the 1-0 scoreline. We expect a few more goals, especially from leaders Port Vale. With that in mind, we’re backing the visitors in the -1 handicap market.
