Robbie Savage urges the FA to offer England head coach Sarina Wiegman a new contract to fend off any US suitors.
What a World Cup it was for the Lionesses, who just fell short against Spain. Admittedly they were the better team in the final.
It was an outstanding tournament from everyone involved in the England squad, from the management to the players.
Now Sarina Wiegman is being linked with the USA job, and that's not a surprise.
She's won the Euros with England and the Netherlands, and reached the World Cup final with both those countries too. That's some record.
Wiegman is a fantastic manager, a great coach and tactically brilliant.
She has a contract with the Lionesses until 2025, but speculation is out there that she could be lured elsewhere.
If I was the FA, I'd rip up that contract and give her a new long term one.
